Booking and Cancellation Policy 

To book your party or event, please e-mail with the time, date and location of your party to feyfaces@gmail.com

Full payment is required to secure your booking.

We understand that sometimes things happen and you may need to cancel your event. If this is the case then please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms are as follows:

Cancellation 14 days before booking, full refund.

Cancellation less than 14 days before booking, refund of 75% of total cost.

Cancellation of 24hrs before booking, no refund given.  

Terms and Conditions

If the artist / performer is asked to work extra hours, this will be paid in cash on the day of the event. The client is expected to pay the full balance booked, even if the client uses the artist for less than the original booked time. Full payment is required at the time of booking. 

The artist will refuse to paint any child or adult who has any skin infections or conditions such as:  Cold Sores, Conjunctivitis, Impetigo, Eczema, Chicken Pox, sunburn, open wounds or any other skin infections.  The artist will also refuse to paint any child or adult who is abusive or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The Artist / performer will use the upmost care and safety whilst in attendance; however, the artist is not responsible for any damages to clothing or property.  The Client agrees to pay for any damages to the artist’s tools caused by the client’s guests. The artist / performer is only in attendance to paint & entertain and not to supervise children.  The Client is responsible for any parking fees if there is no available parking at the event.

The Artist will only use cosmetic grade paints, glitters & body glue. These are considered safe to use on children over the age of 3 years.

Bubble liquid is generally considered safe, however a build up of bubbles can cause area's to become slippery. The performer will not work longer than 40 mins in any one area to prevent damage to the ground or risk to the public.

Face painting is considered an indoor activity, the artist will not work outside unless by prior agreement.
